Rise by Dawn began in 2026 when baker Dawn Alexander turned her love of laminated pastry into a neighborhood bakeshop on wheels.
What started as a small collection of pastries shared with neighbors became a mobile bakery serving markets and gathering places across the region.
We use cultured butter, seasonal fruit, and fine chocolate, then shape, fill, and finish every pastry by hand.
No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just time, heat, and flour.
